Many IRS VITA locations generally serve individuals and families with annual income of about $70,244 or less. This is a general guideline, not a universal income limit for every VITA site.
Not sure if you qualify? Contact page. If your annual income is near or slightly above $70,244, we encourage you to contact us before assuming you are ineligible. Income guidelines can vary by program, and eligibility also depends on your individual tax situation and whether your return falls within our program's scope. We are happy to discuss your circumstances and help you determine whether our free tax preparation services may be a good fit.
